No, this issue is still open.
I am running all the commands as before (with 1.8.6). Also this time Wireshark-gnome.rpm is getting created beside 
Wireshark.rpm.

Do you have any suggestion?

Looks like some problem with rpm creation.
Did you solve this?

I have compiled the source code of Wireshark version 1.10.3. Everything worked fine. But after the rpm was created, I

Can somebody help with the issue?
