Custom Column for ntp.xmt in time format instead of hex

When creating a custom column for ntp.xmt (or any NTP time stamp data), how
do you get the column to display the decoded date and time instead of the
hex value.  

 

Value displayed in custom column: d133e01b3654e1d9

 

Desired decoded example for Transmit Time Stamp:    Mar 23, 2011
03:57:31.537119
