Save UDP packets payload

With WIRESHARK I used to analyze a RTP with functionality :
Telephony -> RTP -> Stream Analysis and after I save RTP payload.

What can I do this from command line ?

If I use

> tshark -r rtp.pcap -q -z rtp,streams

Only statistics can be printed and saved.
I need save payload contains G.711 A-LAW packets.
