Wireshark Crash--Error:lua5.1.dll Offset:0000c572

When I try to start wireshark, it crashed with the error:

AppName: Wireshark.exe, AppVer: 1.2.6.31702, ModName: lua5.1.dll
ModVer: 5.1.4.0, Offset: 0000c572

Could you help to guide me how to solve this issue?
