Hi, I have used Wireshark some time ago, but in a specific IP Telephony environment, so my experience is limited. Right now I have a problem of a different kind. We have am old Oracle server that many many different applications are accessing. For a number of different reasons we can not get information on which applications are connecting to the database, from which terminals and more importantly what they are doing (basic lookup, update or insert ). My idea is to capture traffic going to the DB server. The question is are we going to be able to get information from TCP/IP traffic on SQL commands that applications re sending to the server ? FYI, DB is very old and we can't get all information we need from DB logger. Thanks for your help Emil ___________________________________________________________________________ Sent via: Wireshark-users mailing list <wireshark-users () wireshark org> Archives: http://www.wireshark.org/lists/wireshark-users Unsubscribe: https://wireshark.org/mailman/options/wireshark-users mailto:wireshark-users-request () wireshark org?subject=unsubscribe
