Never mind...I powered off the PC, made sure the NIC was inserted and then
powered up.   Seems to be working fine now.

I am trying to use a Xircom (PCMCIA) NIC to capture.  The NIC is working
fine, but it does not show up in the interface list in Wireshark or from
tshark -D.   Windump does see it, and can capture using this card.   Windump
-D output:
