Cannot capture on Xircom PCMCIA NIC

Wireshark 1.2.4
WinPCAP 4.1.1

I am trying to use a Xircom (PCMCIA) NIC to capture.  The NIC is working fine, but it does not show up in the interface 
list in Wireshark or from tshark -D.   Windump does see it, and can capture using this card.   Windump -D output:

(Interface #2 is the problem interface).

Can anyone offer any suggestions as to what might be the problem?   TIA for any assistance.
