Question, Are you logging, and documenting all these "modifications"? It *might* help to report the issue - especially if you can find other customers of the same service that are bothered by the same thing. Truth is (imho) that the provider is banking on the notion that most (if not all) their customers aren't gonna bother even if they do notice this. good luck, Robert
