No, EFNet is still live and kicking, but some servers are picky about which
host classes (domains) they allow - try irc.mcs.net then /links to find some
other non-discriminating servers.

PS - Who ever is the ChanOp for #vuln-dev - there is no mode +nt on the
channel, you can be flooded from outside the channel, anyone can change
topics etc. I spot an exploit... ;o)

whatever happened to efnet? all servers appear to be down. seems like
efnet
as a concept went totally under. does anyone have any clue on this strange
happening?
