dsniff-2.2 release

just a note to let ppl know about the new version of dsniff, and a request
for comments - i'm looking for feedback on the utility of these tools,
help in cleaning up the protocol detection code, etc. so far, i've only
had one request - to add FTP support to filesnarf. any others?

summary of changes:

Rewrite HTTP decoding in dsniff, adding support for various CGI
authentication schemes;  Alpha support;  fix arp discovery in arpredirect
on Linux;  enable automatic protocol detection in dsniff;  add TDS
(Sybase, Microsoft SQL Server) parsing to dsniff;  clean up RPC decodes,
TCP half-duplex reassembly in dsniff;  new filesnarf program;  add regular
expression matching and POP support to mailsnarf.

also, there's a new dsniff mailing list open for discussion...
