I applied the patches.
The Makefile.in patch has changed, I think the command is now derived by
configure.  Also the DLT_CHOICE macro was already there, I think maybe
Guy did that, but the rest was not.

Pushed into libpcap, passed tcpdump make check.
Please run that on Solaris and confirm.
