That means that we *don't* want to take what we have now and release it, as we don't currently have any code that supports zero-copy BPF. We'd need to get a patch to add support for it, and add that, before releasing libpcap 1.0, if a goal is to get support for zero-copy BPF in libpcap 1.0.
