If the hash is an option (which it should be!), compliant
implementations should handle hash values they know about and just
ignore those that they don't.

The whole point of options is that an implementation that doesn't write
a particular option can exchange data with an implementation that can
handle that option if present and an implementation that does write a
particular option can exchange data with an implementation that doesn't
understand that option. This means that we don't have to figure out, in
the initial version of the capture file format, all the options that
there will ever be.
