Libpcap can read 802.11b frames and also prism header. 
Libpcap-0.7.1/Libpcap-0.7.2 support 802.11b, Tcpdump-3.7.1/Tcpdump-3.7.2 
known 802.11b, look at the source to see how to dissect it.
