Hi,

I ‘ve just started using snort.

I’ve downloaded sources snort 2.9.14.1 and compiled.

I understood that snort run as a process.

Can i run snort as utility in my process ?

Can I create static/dynamic library from snort sources ?

If yes , what should I change in makefiles?
Thanks,
Michael.
