snort error

dear members ,
i am using snort 3, my snort was not storing the logs in
var/log/snort/alert_csv.txt permision is 777 to the file.

later while testing i got this error after runing this command
- snort -c /usr/local/etc/snort/snort.lua --warn-all
error- FATAL: can't init /usr/local/etc/snort/snort.lua: cannot open
/etc/snort/snort_defaults.lua: No such file or directory
Fatal Error, Quitting..
 any solution where i went wrong?
