Snort on Windows server 2008 R2

Hello all.
I installed Snort 2.9.8.0 on Windows server 2008 R2 and configure my "snort.conf" and copied all rules to Snort 
directory but when I use "
snort -v -c C:\snort\etc\snort.conf -l C:\snort\log -K ascii" it show me an error about "Missing/incorrect dynamic 
engine lib specifier" at line 246 and line 246 is :


dynamicengine c:\Snort\lib\snort_dynamicengine\sf_engine.dll

How can I solve it?
