Talos Snort Subscriber Rules Update

Synopsis:
This release adds and modifies rules in several categories.

Details:
Talos has added and modified multiple rules in the blacklist,
browser-firefox, browser-ie, browser-other, browser-plugins,
exploit-kit, file-flash, file-image, file-java, file-multimedia,
file-office, file-other, file-pdf, indicator-shellcode, malware-cnc,
malware-other, os-other, policy-other, protocol-ftp, protocol-rpc,
protocol-voip, server-mail, server-other and sql rule sets to provide
coverage for emerging threats from these technologies.
