Re: mysql with windows snort

Output logging direct to MySQL was deprecated as of Snort v2.9.3. Since that time the MySQL table creation script has 
been included in the Barnyard2 source code package. It will work just as well on Windows as it does on Linux, but the 
point is moot if you do not have a way to direct Snort output to the database. The database plugin is no longer 
included in the snort.conf file. I was under the impression that the output plugin for MySQL no longer works, even if 
you put the configuration in the file.
