Dynamic Rule [3:xxxxx] was not initialized properly

I upgraded to Snort 2.9.6.1 on a CentOS 6.5 server. Snort starts fine and runs, but after cron runs pulledpork (0.7.0), /var/log/messages gets filled with "Dynamic Rule [3:xxxxx] was not initialized properly." until storage is exhausted on /var. Running pulledpork (pulledpork.pl -l -E -P -c /etc/snort/pulledpork.conf -v) via console results in the same behavior. Restarting Snort does not result in the message. Snort directories and files have the proper owner and permissions.
