Re: Error in updating rules using Pulled pork

That rule_url value is invalid.  Per the documentation and sample
configuration it should appear as follows:

rule_url=wget
https://www.snort.org/reg-rules/|snortrules-snapshot-2946.tar.gz|*oinkcode

Beyond that a few other common things that cause a 500 can be found in the
FAQ section of the current main PP site at:
https://code.google.com/p/pulledpork/wiki/FAQ
