Snort install Rule Problem

I am running this command as part of a new install and get an error:

Running command
root@snort-RLIC-1:/usr/local/src/snort# snort -c /usr/local/snort/etc/snort.conf 
--dump-dynamic-rules=/usr/local/snort/so_rules

Snort Error message
snort: error while loading shared libraries: libsfbpf.so.0: cannot open shared object file: No such file or directory

libsfbpf.so.0 is not in the director.

Any thoughts??
