interesting conundrum... the old create-sidmap.pl puts all GID:1 SIDs into the 
sid-msg.map file... even those that are commented out and those from rules files 
not in use...

currently my sid-msg.map contains 32000+ entries... should it not contain all 
entries for all rules on the system?
