Snort switches to packet Dump Mode

Hello,

    Time to bang head on the wall.

    I am again back with Snort startup problem

    # snort -s :   http://fpaste.org/25345/

    switches to packet dump mode.

    Now I have double checked /etc/snort/snort.conf and /etc/init.d/snort

    No error and this time snort also restarts fine and also check for
Rules actually all are commented.

    None rule is in action..

    /etc/snort/snort.conf                   http://fpaste.org/25347/

    [root@clc init.d]# snort status      http://fpaste.org/25348/

    There are pages related to this error on internet but not getting exact
solution.

    Command snort -s is working in morning but same is not working after
hours.
