I know that now, it is just unclear from snort_debug.h that is the value
one should enter. Unless there is another source of information defining
what bits to set for the PP debug statements. One would think you would
just copy data out of the snort_debug.h, OR it, and set it as a
variable. When in reality the process is copy out of snort_debug.h right
shift 32, OR, set.
