snort problem

hi.i make a lan via vwware workstation(linux backtrack 3.2.6 64-bit).(following topology)
i run command "ping 10.10.8.2 -c 2" from 10.10.7.2 station(following picture):
i run command " snort -v -q -l /var/log/snort" on ther VM-3 station.and when i open log file i see 4 packet sent from 
10.10.7.2.2 packet with TTL 64 and 2 packet with TTL 63.what is the problem?
