hi.
1-what as benefit of daq in snort 2.9. relative to earlier version of snort?
2-when i run snort --daq-list what is the mean of words like live-inline-unprive-readback-multi?
available daq module:
pcap(v3):readback live multi unprive
afpacket(v4): live inline multi unprive
3-in snort manual "pcap does not count filtered packets".whats mean?
4-what is diffrence between pcap-nfq-ipq-afpacket-ipfw and dump?i want a complete guide about these type of daq.how 
these work?
in witch platform?which is better for inline operation?
