snort compile with all features

hi
1-how can i compile snort to support all the features and capabilities like target-based analysis and active response 
and gre and ...?
2-when done how can understand this compile process is done?whether when i run snort -V the message apear on the screen 
state that the snort support all the features?
like this:
snort 2.9.3.1 ipv6 gre target-based active-response zlib -reload react ....
by martin roesch ...
...
....
....
3-whether this compile process affect on the snort.conf file?
