Rule Category Reorganization

Hi,

Several questions regarding rule categories as discussed here: 
http://blog.snort.org/2012/03/rule-category-reorganization.html


1.      In regards to the rule category reorganization, is there a definite list of categories that will exist or a 
date when this list will exist or when all rules have been re-categorized?

2.      Will we still have the blacklist and botnet-cnc and some other categories as this does not fit into a "file-" 
or "protocol-" category and putting everything into "other" would not be ideal...

3.      Can a rule exist in one or more categories, I do think so...
