update via oinkmaster

Hello all,

I tried to update my snorts via oinkmaster and I want to open the minimal flows to internet.

Which flows are necessary, because it seems sometimes I am downloading from sourceforge, sometimes from others repo. Is 
it possible to download from only one repo ?
