Ebuild for PF_RING dynamically loadable kernel module

I have add an ebuild for a PF_RING dynamically loadable kernel module
to my github repo. I'll try to get this into Sunrise after it has been
tested a little more. This is prep work for adding support for the
PF_RING DAQ module (when/if it is included in the official DAQ
tarball) in Gentoo's DAQ ebuild. The ebuild has only been tested on
amd64 arches.
