this is what i was trying to point to a while back when i was asking that the 
last registered set be made available for those needing it... i'm not sure if 
the web folks got what i was looking for right or not... you run into the exact 
same thing when a new version of snort comes out and there's not yet a 
registered rules set released for another 30 days...
