Joel, that is very admirable that you corrected this.  I'm very pleased to see
you moved into a role which serves the community and your employer well.  It's
nice to see postive, measurable goodwill, undoing blatant disservice to the
community.

I'd be ashamed at the past haphazard abandonment of the SF download page with a
stagnated legacy antiquated version published for download yet using the same
provider for the mailing list.  This could absolutely cause confusion; as you've
likely observed and found.

I applaud your measures to quickly rectify this and think you should be fully
supported in your proactive correction actions.  I'm eager to see what the
future holds and I suspect it not to be deciduous.
