ok thank you Joel that was clue to resolve that,
I copied so_rules from:
  snortrules-snapshot-2860.tar.gz/so_rules/precompiled/Centos-5-4/i386/2.8.6.0/*
to directory which was manualy created:
  /usr/local/snort/lib/snort_dynamicrules
I don't now if it is right, but now it works
