old docs in snortrules-snapshot

I just downloaded rules file from here:
http://www.snort.org/pub-bin/oinkmaster.cgi/<oinkcode
here>/snortrules-snapshot-2.8.tar.gz

and the snort_manual.pdf in this file is 2 years old. 

Also the snort_schema_v106.pdf document is included in both
snort-2.8.4.tar.gz and snortrules-snapshot-2.8.tar.gz, yet the current
schema version is 107.
