I've had several reports from users stating they are seeing a +4 hour

Are they in the DB that way or is hpw BASE is displaying it?

It's either Snort pushing the wrong time out or BASE displaying the wrong time. Has anyone seen this type of behavior? Is their an adjustment that
needs to be set?

I can't see how BASE would be displaying it wrong as we ask PHP to get the time from the system everywhere we use it. But of course I am biased.<grin>
