Is there a specific reason why not to allow anyone to run both
"snort" and "snort-inline" ?
Refering to: %{?_with_inline:%define conflicts snort }

Reason I ask is that we run snort on the Honeywall in all three
modes and need to be able to start/stop/stat them independently.
We currently use a single "inline aware" binary for everything but
it might make things cleaner to use seperate binaries at least for
inline vs non-inline stuff.

We may be the only ones out here running like this... maybe not.
