confused on rule sets with oinkmaster

Decided to update my v2.3 rules using oinkmaster. Haven't made any 
changes to oinkmaster since before the license changes, but am now
modifying to include the registration string, etc.

Should I have two entries in oinkmaster.conf:
One for snortrules-snampshot-CURRENT.tar.gz
 and 
another one for Community-Rules.tar.gz?

Or, should I be pulling snortrules-snapshot-2.3.tar.gz and
 Community-Rules.tar.gz?
