In Unix, just make sure the interface is up, but don't assign it an IP
address. Launch snort normally.

Hello, it's a silly question but i'm in a hurry and i don't seem to
find the answer by myself before time is up :)

I need to setup snort to listen on a stealth NIC(No IP), but don't get
how to do that.

Thanks in advance and sorry for the silly question.
