snortcenter:problem of connection to snortcenter agent

hi,
the problem is that when i wont to use snortcenter console to configure and 
updating two sensor in my network wich i had instaned snort2.1.2, 
mysql-4.0.18, acid, snortcenter-agent-v0.1.6 in
but when i add this sensor i had this error:
sensor Message:
curl:(7) socket error:111

can't connect to *.*.*.*:2525 retry connectin

but i didn't understand well the problem and what i must to do to resolve 
this error
