create a html page with snort mysql db

I'm looking for a skript or something to create a html page out of the data of 
a mysql database which stores the data from a few snort sensors.
The html page should contain graphs which shows for example what alerts 
occured in the last 24 hours (not exactly which alert but what kind of alert) 
and the detection time.
It should be a little bit like the graphs of acid but with fewer 
functionality.

Is something like this existing somewhere?
