I don't know whether correctly interpreted your question or not !!!! 
 
What I got is that when you enabled http_decode you are getting some error.....
 
I also got this error... but not while executing it but when I debugging it......
 
I got "unknown preprocessor : ^@#_decode" ...... I debugged it...... 
 
what I think is that there is a BUG in the Snort code where we parse the preprocessor....
 
I am working on that BUG..... got some programming error also..... I will update the patch soon..... But I am trying to 
get the exact cause of the BUG.......
