framework for a standard operating procedures for enterprise

Hi,
Does any one can share framework for a standard operating procedures
document and an alarm
response procedures document.   Being able to see some good examples
would
make things a lot easier. Pretty much all of the info I've found thus
far deals with
security policy in general. Does anyone know any URLs  where I could
find some example policy & procedure
Documents specific to IDSs?
