Net::Pcap - Interface Without IP Address

  This is off topic but I've seen worse...  I was wondering if anyone
has successfully monitored a network interface without an IP address
with Perl using Net::Pcap.  So far I haven't been able to get this to
work, but that could just be my programming skills.
