Statistics under windows?

Is it possible to get stats for snort under windows?
On Linux I set up a process to kill -USR1 snort every
two minutes, but I can't figure a way to get any stats
for windows. Often when I control-C from Windows
I get an error about Open_Pcap and don't get the final
stats on the screen.
