SQL Error - SQL=ROLLBACK

I've been getting this error:

Snort: database:
MYSQL_ERROR: Warning: Some non-transactional changed tables couldn't be
rolled back SQL=ROLLBACK

The database seems to work ok when viewed with acid.  Don't know why
it's giving me this error.
