Snort 2 inline, demarc -puresecure ?

Hi,

I ve benn using snort 1.9.1 sofar, im gonna upgrade to snort2 soon. I 
also was thinking to use snort inline or hogwash. For my understanding 
id like to know, is the inline thing like ad addon or will the regular 
snort funcionality be disabled, I wonder if this would have to be a 
seperate box ?

I use demarc or Purescure which got a nice webinterface, is it known to 
work with snort 2 as well ?
