Snort 1.9.0 b209 for Windows NT Server / 2000 / XP... i gotz an error.

followed the steps got it all setup 
acid came up and i got these errors at the top of the
page.

anything i should know about the folder permissions
that werent listed on the howto.

or has anyone ran into this problem and fixed it?
