Wow.  That's confusing.  I just looked at the documentation and it says to
install Snort from source, not from RPM.  I find myself wondering how you
followed it to a T and installed a Snort RPM.  :)

I've followed the snort, mysql, redhat 7.3 manual to the T.
still stumped.

How about telling us what you have installed and in place at this point.
Not to mention your snort.conf and acid_conf.php files...will need to see
those

I'm stumped.
For some reason my acid is nor displaying anything from my sql data.
Is there anyone willing to jump into my snort box and take a look at it for
