Thnx, that is right. I got the same answer from other people too.
I changed my NIC speed with MII-TOOL and now it's working just fine.

Router and firewall are 10mbit and snort is 100mbit and all of these 
are connected via a new 3com HUB.

What you have here is a **SWITCHED** hub... unicast traffic betwen the
10Mbit router and the 10Mbit firewall will not enter the 100Mbit segment of
your switched hub. You need to have an unswitched hub, or a 10Mbit NIC in
your snort box for it to see the traffic between the router and the
firewall.
